Definition Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. E.g. : G-mail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc… 2. Platform as a service ( PaaS ) – Application Developers Gives us nice API (Application Programming Interface) & take care of the implementation. In the PaaS model, cloud providers deliver a computing platform and/or solution stack typically including operating system, programming language execution environment, database and web server. It
